Aram Zucker-Scharff

Aram Zucker-Scharff is the Director for Ad Engineering in The Washington Post’s Research, Experimentation and Development group where he leads the creation of platforms and code related to advertising technology for The Post and its partners. He is also the lead developer for the open-source tool PressForward and has been a consultant for content strategy and digital newsroom workflows. He was one of Folio Magazine’s 15 under 30 in the magazine media industry. Aram previously worked as Salon.com’s full stack developer and a strategist for CFO Magazine. He has also worked as a journalist, a community manager and a journalism educator and contributed to WordPress Core. He has appeared in The Atlantic, AdExchanger, Digiday, Poynter, Nieman Lab, journalism.co.uk and Columbia Journalism Review.
